のんびり平日早めのランチに同僚と伺いました。
一度伺いたかったのになかなかタイミングがなくて
今回初来店となりました。
レギュラーの鯛塩そばと悩みましたが
ぱっと見の感じで麺が独特に見えたので
限定塩そばと鯛めしをセットにしました。
さっぱりしているのかと思いきや
意外にガツンとくる感じ
どうかなと二口め
おっ？これ食べ応えのある麺とも相まって
美味しい！
鯛だけだとやはりさっぱりになるのでしょうが
鶏の旨みがしっかりきいてるなぁと思います。
それと、宇和島の鯛の刺身を漬けをご飯に乗せて
まずはご飯とひとくち、おー
これもコクのあるタレと鯛が美味しい
続いてはもう一枚鯛をご飯に乗せて
鯛の出汁をたっぷりかけて
備付けのあられをふってお茶漬けでいただきます
うん！これ美味しい
濃いめな鶏そばを含んで
ご飯もサラサラ
しっかり満腹感も感じてごちそうさまです
今は9周年記念キャンペーンも行なっているそう
セット価格が950円で提供されます。
