水族館に寄ったついでに昼ごはんをと思ったけど、どこも混んでいたのでふらり寄りました。
醤油あさりの並にチョリソー、シソ、海苔をトッピング。
オープンキッチンの中では大量の麺を茹でて水で締めてます。
それをフライパンで炒めながら調理します。
麺はもちもちで素早い提供。
量も多いし、これはパスタではなくスパゲッティですね！
次はジャポネにも訪問したいです！！
