池袋駅から歩いて数分の場所にある「ホルモンたけ田」さんへ行ってきました！
タッチパネルで注文するスタイルで、写真付きなのでイメージしやすいのは嬉しいポイントでした！
■名物ねき山たけ田タン
薄くスライスされたタンの上に大量の青ネギを乗せていきます。やり過ぎくらいがちょうどいいです。タンで包んで青ネギを蒸し焼きにしていただきます。
タンの旨み、ネギの風味、大葉とポン酢がはいっているのでさっぱりいただけます。
運ばれてきた時のインパクトがあるし、焼いてるときもインパクトがあります！グループで来店した時に注文すると盛り上がること間違いなしです！
■わさびハラミ
厚切りにカットされたハラミの片面に山葵が塗られています。お肉を焼いた後に山葵をつけて食べることあるのですが、焼く前から山葵が乗っているパターンは珍しいです！
山葵が塗られてる面を上にしてじっくり焼いていきます。カリッとした面としっとりした面を楽しめます。ハラミのジューシーさを残しつつ、山葵は火を通すと辛味が消えるのでちょうどいい辛味でした。
■元気玉
すごい、大きい肉俵の登場です！お肉の中にはネギとニンニクがぎっしり詰まっています。
ニンニクとペッパーがゴリゴリに効いていて、食べてる途中がらパワーがみなぎってきます！
ニンニクには火が通っているのでお肉に火が通ったら食べ頃です。
そのまま食べても美味しいですが、卵黄をくぐらせるとマイルドになって角が取れた美味しさになります。
これはご飯がほしくなっちゃいますね。
■卵卵（らんらん）
醤油漬けされた黄身をお肉で包んだ串です。
黄身が崩れないように丁寧にお肉部分だけを焼いていきます。個人的にはライス必須でした！
黄身とライスだけでもおいしくて、箸が止まらなくなるので気をつけてください！
月曜日の19時に予約して伺いましたが、
店内は満席でした！事前に予約をしての来店をおすすめします。
