メニューにあった四大名物を。
⭐︎黒毛和牛のぜっぴんカルビ

カルビが口の中でとろけるのは想定内ではあったのですがロースも口の中でとろけました。
まさに飲めるロースというネーミングがぴったり。
上はらみステーキはネギが山盛りでちょっとレアな状態で食べるのが美味しかったです。
ぼんず盛は日によって変わるみたいですね。
この日はマルチョウ、チグチ（豚ののどがしら）、テッチャン、えんがわ（豚の横隔膜）でした。
ビールついでにぐびぐびーるって何？って思い、頼むとグレープフルーツと割ってるみたいでした。

まずは何もかけずに、途中からお酢をたっぷりかけて。
何を食べても美味しくて食べてる最中から次、いつ行けるかなーなんて話していたほど。
お肉は店員さんが焼いてくださいます。
焼き加減とかやっぱりお肉のことを熟知した店員さんが焼いてくださると1番美味しい状態のものを食べることができるのでいいですね。
そしてドリンクもお店の名前がついたドリンクがあったり、色々楽しめました。
早めの時間に来店しましたがあっという間に席が埋まり…予約必須ですね。
また訪れたいです。
