まず店内に入った瞬間に、空調効いてない？
麺を茹でる関係で仕方ないのかもですが、猛暑の昼にこれはマイナス。
更に、冷たい麺なのに、麺がぬるい。
それでも麺に腰があって美味しい。しっかり冷水で締めてくれれば、もっと美味しくなるのに残念。。。
家で作る蕎麦のが、よほど冷たいですよ。
つけ汁は、しっかりと醤油と出汁が効いていて、肉もタップリ入っていて好きなので、これを読まれていたら、ぜひしっかりと冷水で麺を締めて欲しい。
