【肉割烹 光】

肉割烹とフレンチが融合したお料理達をお洒落で落ち着いた雰囲気の店内で池袋で味わえる「肉割烹 光」さんへ。
先月の3/15にオープンしたばかりの新店舗ですが、竹花総料理長が作るフレンチ肉割烹は池袋では唯一無二のメニューばかりで斬新かつ楽しめる内容で最高でした！！
お肉はA5ランクの黒毛和牛の中でも特に肉質が良く融点 (脂が溶け出す温度)が低いとされる雌牛 (めすうし) のみを使用し、お米やお水、そしてご飯を炊く土鍋が滋賀県の雲居窯にてオーダーした物だったりと拘り満載なだけありどれも素晴らしいお料理ばかり(^^)
また長年住んでいた池袋に新たに美味しいお店ができ嬉しい限りです！！
