池袋で会食があり肉が好きな方だったので知り合いから紹介いただき予約して訪問。
サンシャイン方面に歩いたところにあるお店でアニメイトやラウンドワンから近いです。
店内はラグジュアリーな内装で黒基調のシックなお店です。
カウンターで良い雰囲気の中食事がいただけます。デートでも使えそう。
また料理は焼肉はちょっと重たいなという方などにはとてもおすすめで、
程よいサシの牛肉が工夫されて提供されるので全くくどくないです！
今回は山形のA5の雌牛。程よいサシで美味しくいただくことができました。
料理の説明も丁寧にしていただきとても親切なお店です。
味もサービスもとても素晴らしくまた訪問したいです。

うなぎの白焼と菜の花など旬の野菜が入ったテリヤキソースを絡めたソースを一口で。
ワインにあって美味しい。
-サーロイン焼きすき
サーロインにと福島県産のマキシマムこいたまごをのせさらに黒トリュフ贅沢に。
ご飯も適量でサーロインとマキシマムこいたまごの濃厚の旨みを感じられます。
-ローストビーフのデニッシュサンド
-蝦夷鹿
北海道産の臭みのない、蝦夷鹿。
鹿ハンターで有名な松野さんの仕留めた鹿だとか。フォアグラといい感じにマッチ。
-温州みかんとアールグレイのグラニテ
-山形県産のA5和牛シャトーブリアンとサーロイン
最初に披露したもらった肉をゆっくり火入れしていただき、レアでいただく。
わさび、山椒、特別に乾燥させた生こしょうや長ネギりんごソースなどつけていただく。
シャトーブリアンは特に柔らかく脂身も少なくとても美味しかったです。
特に生こしょうは好みでした。
