行く価値があるお店ですがそこまで評価が高くなかったのでレポします。
・池袋では貴重な高級感
・ドライアイス玉手箱などの楽しい演出
・素材にこだわり手をかけた料理
・肉の美味しさを十分に味わって欲しいという
強い想い
この辺りがお店の特徴だと思います。
ただ、この価格帯だとライバルも多くそこまで高い評価にはなりませんでした。
結局、楽しんで欲しいという想いが溢れた結果、素材をゴリゴリに押し出して全体のバランスが取れてない印象なのです。
1つ1つは感動的なのですが、終わってみると胸焼けがしてしまうと言うか。
これ、胃袋が丈夫で食欲旺盛な20代のお金持ち(笑)とかが行くとこのお店のコンセプト大絶賛でまた感想も違うのでしょうね。
私がサシたっぷりの高級牛肉が苦手で赤身肉のほうが好きな年齢層というのも今回の感想に影響しているのかもしれません。

◯印の5つしか価値を感じられませんでした。
原価かけて食材を良くしてお客様を楽しませようとして評価がそれほど高くならないというのは、残念に思いました。
これが「料理とは本当に難しいと思わされた」と冒頭に書いた理由です。
ただ、池袋デートの対象としては確実に選択肢に入る高級店だと思います。行って損はないです。
