15時（開店時間）予約で伺いました。
4人がけ席と2人がけ席（少なめ）があり、
2人がけ席に案内されました。他の2人組は全て4人がけ席に案内されていましたが、まあ運次第ですね。
QRコードから注文するタイプですが、店内のWi-Fiに接続しないといけないようです。
連れが本店にはない赤海老の串が食べたいらしく訪問しましたが、そもそも表示もなく食べることは叶いませんでした。他にも馬上カルビ刺しは表示がなく、猪肉の串、赤海老の刺身は開店時点で売り切れ状態だったため仕入れ次第では数量限定ではなく、そもそもひとつもない可能性があります。
1番気になったのは料理の提供の遅さでした。
開店直後のため客も少ない状況でしたが、
馬肉系は注文してから40分近く待たされ、
席も2時間制のためお酒も進まず、不完全燃焼でした。
料理の盛り付けは丁寧で綺麗ですし、とても美味しいですが、ここまで待たされると思うとリピートはないです。
