なんとなく普通のそばが食べたくなり
池袋駅近くでまだ行っていなかったこちらへ
こちらは蕎麦よりも厚切りかつ丼が有名です
とりあえずそれ込みの蕎麦にします
お料理は
カツ丼の器が大きい
カツもほんとに厚い
ヒレですね脂身はないです
しっかり歯ごたえだけど噛み切れる
良い
卵はかなりトロトロですがこんなに黄色いもんなのかしらというくらい黄色いです
ちょっとゆるすぎる感はありますがコレくらいの方が好み
味付けは強めの甘口
でも美味い
うーん、看板商品なだけある
そばは
十割だそうですが、コシというよりは硬め
風味はない

このタイプのそばは嵯峨谷に近いのかな
