初めて伺いました。
アパホテルの１階にあります。
貝汁のラーメンは色々ありますが、しじみは繊細で、旨みがありますが、主張が強くないので、とても上品な仕上がりです。
塩ラーメンをオーダーしました。
入口の券売機で購入
現金のみの対応ですね。
さっぱりとして、量も程よい感じなので、吊るし焼きバラ丼などを食べる人も結構います。
チャーシューもスープに合っていて主張は強くありません。
麺はつるっとしていて、スープとよく合います。
とても清潔感があるお店で、入りやすいと思います。
スッキリとしたラーメンが食べたい時に、また伺いたいと思います。
