池袋駅東口から徒歩4分、池袋サンシャイン通り近くにオープンした「MAD CHEFs （マッド シェフ）」にお邪魔してきました。こちらは浜松町にあるインドカレー「スパイス研究所 MAD CHEFs」の姉妹店で、インドとネパールで修業したシェフの手掛ける珍しいインド風ポケットピザ専門店。
スタッフさんおすすめのマルゲリータ（580円）と照り焼きチキン（680円）をシェア！タンドール釜で焼き上げているので外はサクッと香ばしく、中からとろ～りとろけたチーズが溢れ出す絶品ピザでした。ハラル食材を使用しているため全世界の方が安心して食べるられるのも良いですよね。
キングポテト（340円）はマッシュポテトをスティック状に揚げたさくさくもちもちのロングポテトフライ。パッション＆パイナップル＆マンゴーのナタデココティー（580円）といただきました。テイクアウト専門ですが、近くに公園もありますし、店頭には数席のイートインスペースも。
