A restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Teppan-yaki cuisine, located a 3-minute walk from the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. This time, I ordered the course ``Sumire'' (14,980 yen), which includes Wagyu beef and abalone. The first course was ``marinated amberjack and sweet shrimp.'' The sweet shrimp and plump amberjack went perfectly with the sour grapefruit and mango sauce, making it the perfect appetizer. The next dish that came out was ``Snow Crab and Cream Cheese Chawanmushi,'' which was like eating an omelet even though it was steamed egg custard. It was stylish and delicious. ``Wagyu Beef Grilled Meat Sushi'' was meat Sushi with just the right amount of fat that melted in your mouth, and it was exquisite when eaten with vinegar and orange sauce. The ``Japanese roast beef salad'' had a nice aroma of truffle sauce. In the ``Abalone Teppan-yaki'', the abalone was extremely soft and the rich escargot butter was a perfect match. The main course, ``Wagyu beef sirloin with seasonal grilled vegetables,'' was a Satsuma beef sirloin that was thick but extremely soft and melted in your mouth, and was extremely delicious. The final dessert was blackcurrant sorbet, which had a sweet and sour taste that left my mouth feeling refreshed. This is a stylish Teppan-yaki restaurant with an adult atmosphere, and is recommended for special occasions. It's best to make a reservation, but you can also walk in if there are seats available.
