学生時代からよく通っていた池袋。
中々、ラグジュアリーな店が少ない印象だったが最近では少しずつそこも様変わり。
そしてうしごろが2023年8月にオープンしたと聞き
早速食事会に参加させていただいた。
まず、外観
正面のエレベーターから入ろうとすると、
エレベーター前に謎の張り紙「うしごろの入り口は、ここではありません」
正面エレベーターから30メートルほど回り込んだ場所に
うしごろ専用の立派な入り口が
流石、飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いのうしごろグループ。
ラグジュアリーな外観が、気合を感じる。
本日は一階の個室で、
サービス主任の野口さんチョイスの完璧なナチュールと、うしごろ式焼肉に酔いしれる。
総評としては、流石の一言。
霜降り和牛の所謂「ぐどさ」を感じることもなく
単に柔らかいという食感よりも、味として柔らかく感じるクオリティになっている。
サイドメニューが見事な完成度。
うしごろ名物とも言える
季節ごとの和牛タルタルは、キャビアをこれでもかとのせ
和牛のチーズバーガーは、トリュフを豪快に削り文句のつけようのない味わい。
赤海老と和牛のチャーハンもめちゃ旨し。
個人的には野口さんがチェイサーとして出してくれた
お茶の完成度がグッときた。
時代をリードするうしごろグループ。
うしごろ池袋店の個室でこのサービスをうけると
ウシゴロエスにいるのか、肉割烹ジョーにいるのか
普通のうしごろにいるのか？
まったく判別つかないほど完成度、ラグジュアリー感は高く感じた。
今回は11000円コースを頂いたとの事だが、
うしごろエスと言われれば納得してしまうような素晴らしいコースだったと思う。
というわけで、うしごろ池袋店さん、ご馳走様でした！
