本日は2023年8月オープンの池袋のうしごろさんへおじゃましてきました。
池袋駅東口から徒歩5分ほどのところ、美久仁小路の近くにお店を発見。
銀座のUSHIGORO Sには以前お邪魔したことがありまして、今回は新店ということでやってまいりました。
カジュアルかつ綺麗で高級感のある店内でゆったりした時間が過ごせそうな良い内装です。
今回は池袋限定メニューも多い「極みコース」を。

一品目は和牛とキャビアのタルタル。
他のお店では見たことがない、キャビアのブラックカラーとタルタルの美しさがまるで芸術品のようでした。お味も和牛にオリーブオイルとキャビアの塩気を合わせたシンプルなものであるお肉の旨みをダイレクトに感じることができました。
味付けがしっかりされた極みのタンもこれまた美味。
下処理が丁寧にされていることがわかります。
また、ヒレカツスライダーバーガーもお肉の柔らかさが際立つオリジナルメニューでした。。
トリュフをこれでもかと削ってもらえて、なんと豪華な和牛バーガーとなりました。トリュフの芳醇な香りを堪能することができます。
特選サーロインや赤身の焼きしゃぶなどなど紅クオリティーのお肉をいただけるコースはデートや記念日にぜひおすすめです。
最後に、濃厚なめらかなスイートポテトとアイスクリームを。
焼肉屋さんらしからぬ本格的なスイーツに心もお腹も幸せなひとときでした。
