NEWOPENした焼肉うしさんへ休日ディナータイムにお邪魔してきました。
エレベーターで3階へ、入ったらすぐお店ですよ。
個室もあり、ゆっくり食べられます。
5000円のオープン記念コースを予約して伺いました。
全10品とボリューム満点！
+1500円で飲み放題もつけました。
タブレットで追加注文ができるので便利です。
そしてドリンク提供早い○
タレが4種類卓上にあるのですが冷えていました。
予約に合わせて準備されていてポイント高いです！
いただいたメニュー紹介します。
【前 菜】キムチ盛り合わせ＆ナムル盛り合わせ
キムチ3種類、ナムル4種類と豪華な前菜！
優しい味わいで、小松菜シャキッと、大根のなますがとくに好きでした。
【冷 菜】和牛の炙り寿司
シンシンの肉寿司を目の前で炙ってくださいます。
サシの入り方が絶妙！
醤油が甘めで、わさびが刻みワサビでとっても合う！
【刺 物】白センマイ刺し
苦手なことを伝えたら、ウインナーに変えてくださいました。
対応がありがたいです。

さっぱりドレッシングが美味しい！

牛タン、カルビ、ツラミ
カルビは厚みもありジューシー
そのままでステーキのような味わい。
牛タンはレモンでスッキリと。

赤身柔らかく食べやすい。
ザブトン最高に美味しい！
タレのお肉は2枚ずつあったので、テーブルにあった柚子大根ソースでも頂きました。
とっても美味しかったです。

レバー、シマチョウ、ハツ
どれも臭みなく美味しい！！！
ハツあまり得意じゃないのですが、こちらのハツは美味しくいただけました。
シマチョウ、新鮮なのがわかる！
お塩で美味しく食べられます。
【食 事】特選冷麺 or クッパ
1つずついただきました。
どちらも1人前サイズでボリューム満点。
冷麺具材たっぷりでさっぱりで甘めの出汁で美味しい。
クッパは辛めなので、苦手な方は要注意。
こちらも満足な1品です。
