ほどけるような柔らかいカツ丼
平日の13時頃で30分くらい待ったけど、
ひとりのお客さんが多いのに
テーブル席しかなくて
相席もしないから席がもったいない印象
並んでるときに注文聞いてくれるし
入ってからは比較的早く提供されるのは
うれしいけど
注文したのは、看板の写真にも使われてる
リブロースの特上300g
厚みがすごいけど、ふわふわで
角煮並みな柔らかさで解けていくから
食べやすい^ ^
甘めのタレだから賛否あるかもだけど、
茎わさびとか、七味、塩などなど調味料もあるし
味変してもおいしかった
私の好みはもうちょい辛めだけど
これはこれで質感含めておいしかった^ ^

夜に行ったら特上は売り切れだったから
上の300gで^ ^
前回は特上だったけど、
それに比べると脂身が少ないのか
ペロリと行けてしまった印象
それにしてもやっぱおいしい！
甘めのタレもそうだけど、
個人的な好みは茎わさび
結構つけてもアクセントになって
さっぱりと食べられる感じ
やっぱりカツ丼はおいしいわぁ〜
オープンしたてのときみたいに、
夕方で全部売り切れとは行かないけど、
特上狙いならお昼に行った方が
良いのかもね
