This day in Ikebukuro. Choose a restaurant where you can enjoy Kyushu cuisine. Kaku Highball and Premol are a great way to go! When you think of Kyushu cuisine, the first thing that comes to mind is of course horse sashimi! Of course I will order it today. It was a loin horse sashimi with a beautiful color. When you think of Kyushu, the next thing that comes to mind is mentaiko. It's good to eat mentaiko as it is, but sometimes it's not a bad idea to have an egg roll with mentaiko in it. I don't have many opportunities to eat fish, so I eat shishamo. It's nicely browned and delicious. After all, mayo and shichimi is my best. The last dish was A5 Japanese black beef shabu shabu. Is there no ponzu sauce or other sauce? That's what I thought, but the soup stock has quite a salty taste, so it's okay without adding anything. shabu shabu is healthy because you can eat vegetables. Many people who live a long life eat beef, so I've been trying to incorporate as much beef as possible lately. I was thinking of having Champon to finish the meal, but my stomach ended up being more bloated than I expected, so I didn't finish it with champon. The carbohydrates after drinking it cause weight gain, so I guess it's just right (lol), but I ended up drinking Seoul Makgeolli which seemed to be high in calories, but the lactic acid bacteria seemed to be good for the body (lol) The quality of the meat in both horse sashimi and shabu shabu was excellent.
