池袋は西口にあるお肉一枚売りの焼肉屋さんへ～。
一枚から注文できて色んな部位が食べられる！！！
お店の場所は池袋西口の繁華街を抜けた場所にあります。
何気に周辺には焼肉屋さんが多く激戦区なエリアで
外観の赤い看板が目立ち店内は赤い椅子でインパクト大
席に案内され
スタッフさんが丁寧にオススメのお肉など説明
オーダーはQRコードを読み込んでからスマホから注文です。
まずは
生ビールで喉を潤します

久しぶりのキリン！！！
喉越し良く美味しい
・生キムチ盛り
白菜 オイキムチ カクテキ
カクテキが薄切りで食べやすい。
白菜も辛味と甘味があって美味しいです。
・ちょこっとサラダ
空気感たっぷりのフワフワで新鮮でした。
韓国海苔がアクセント

名物厚切りタンは
キレイにマンゴーカットされた肉厚のタン
お店の方が焼いてくれます。
最後は好みの大きさにチョッキン
下味がしっかりなので軽くレモンを絞って～。
タン元なのかとっても柔らかくジューシーでした。
続いてはお店の看板メニュー
黒毛和牛リブファイヤーステーキは
スタッフさんが席でフランベしてくれるので盛り上がります。
フランベに使うリンゴの洋酒がお肉の風味を引き立たせて
フルーティーに仕上げくれる。
キメ細かくて濃厚な旨味で絶妙な焼き加減
特製フルーツダレをつけると更に美味しさが増す～。
とっても美味しかったので頼むべき一品です。
そしてこの日はカルビ3種類を食べ比べしてみました。
黒毛和牛のカルビは1枚290円
サシもしっかり入って肉質が良かったです。
上カルビは脂身が甘く
上中落ちカルビは肉厚で食べ応えあり
普通のカルビがコスパが良いと思う。
〆に赤クッパ
牛テールの出汁がしっかりきいたピリ辛スープと
ご飯の相性が良くサラサラと食べられちゃう。
カジュアルに上質な焼肉を食べるのはおススメです。
