この日は高校からの幼馴染と焼肉へ。
以前、浅草橋の店舗におとづれた際に、味や接客で好印象だった「焼肉とどろき」さんを利用しました。
【注文メニュー】
・ナムル盛り合わせ（¥980）
・生白菜キムチ(¥480)
・上とどろき盛り(¥2180)
・特製ユッケ(¥2590)
・赤身フィレ(¥320)
・トロける杏仁豆腐(¥580)
まずは、ビールで乾杯です。
その後に登場するのは、ナムル盛り合わせと生白菜キムチ。
色とりどりのナムルは、肉との相性抜群で、食欲をそそる一品です。また、白菜の味わいが際立つ生キムチは、爽やかな酸味が絶品で、本場韓国のキムチの味を彷彿とさせます。
焼肉のたれも種類豊富で、果物と野菜を使用した甘めのタレから、少しピリ辛のタレまで、様々な味わいが楽しめます。
特に、ごま油とにんにくが効いたタレは、見た目以上のインパクトを私たちに与えてくれました。
上カルビ、上ハラミ、上ロース、豚カルビ、ホルモン2種類が並ぶ上とどろき盛りは、肉の贅沢な宴を約束してくれます。
特に、友人が気に入った上ハラミは、その柔らかさとあっさりした味わいで私たちの心を掴みました。
特製ユッケは、卵黄とタレを絡めて食べることで、口の中でとろけるような味わいを楽しめます。
また、タンはごま油のタレで食べることで、独特の食感とニンニクの風味が楽しめます。
他ではなかなかやらない、新しい楽しみ方を知れました。
赤身フィレは、厚切りで提供され、軽く焼いて甘めのタレで楽しむ一品です。少し焼き過ぎても柔らかさがあり、口の中で溶けるような食感でした。
最後は、トロける杏仁豆腐で締めくくりました。
焼肉の後でもペロリと食べられるしっとりとした食感が、心地よい余韻を残します。
友人も、次回も是非訪れたいと思ってくれたようで大満足です。
