Today's detour was Ikebukuro. Since my previous workplace was in Mejiro, I used to take a detour to Ikebukuro on the way home. It's located 2-3 minutes from the nearest station exit, so it's easy to access. There is also a doll of a famous Conveyor belt sushi restaurant on the first floor. The inside of the store is all private rooms, but the top is open so you can hear some noise, but there is a sliding door so you don't have to worry about people watching you. Order using a touch panel tablet. First, I chose my favorite Premium Malt's. I love this brand so much that if I have a beer like this, I'll order it. Instead of a salad, since it's a Grilled skewer restaurant, I had an assortment of vegetables. On this day, the lineup includes shishito peppers, enoki mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, king king mushrooms, and green onions. This platter includes many of my favorite mushrooms. Contents may vary depending on purchase. The cherry tomatoes are wrapped around thinly sliced pork, making them a hearty skewer. It is salty, but you can change the taste by adding the shichimi chili pepper provided at the table. Assortment of 5 types of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). I also added salt. I used to only use salt, but lately I can enjoy the flavor of the ingredients and I like it. It's a skewer with just the right amount of grilled meat, cartilage, etc., and it's also a good idea to season it with salt. The cartilage I had for the first time in a while was crunchy and delicious. The final meal was salmon fried rice. There was plenty of salmon inside the crumbly fried rice, and the seasoning was just right. This made my stomach quite full. Thank you for the meal.
