On my day off, I ate at a private Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in a corner of the Izakaya building.The interior of the restaurant is mostly private, so it's perfect for drinking with a group of friends or people from work. Courses start from the 3,000 yen range, so it's a great deal. The volume is perfect! ! Today we had a luxurious Cow tongue shabu shabu course! We started with salad, then the alcohol arrived and we toasted. I love that the all-you-can-drink menu has a wide variety of drinks! Lots of sours too. On this day, I started with peach sour★ It's sweet and you can drink it like a dessert. What I thought was unusual was the fried sandfish. It's a small fish that I don't often eat, but it goes well with mayonnaise and the crispy coating is delicious.This is perfect as a snack. Tempura is also luxurious with shrimp and maitake mushrooms! It was a wonderful mushroom. It goes well with the sweet tempura soup and makes you want rice! The main dish, tongue shabu, has plenty of vegetables. A vibrant dish with mushrooms such as shimeji and enoki mushrooms, green onions, carrots, and bean sprouts. Refreshingly served with ponzu sauce. It's amazing how the tan has a crunchy texture and makes you feel like you can eat as much as you want! Even the dessert is so cute. Will it be roll cake and banana on this day? My stomach is super full!
