女性3人で利用しました。タッカンマリセットとアラカルトで鶏の焼肉をいただきました。
まだ世間に知られていないのか、綺麗な店内はガラガラ。スタッフの方に丁寧な対応をいただいてこちらとしてはとても嬉しかったですが……。
お肉は鮮度もよく、塩で食べても臭みを感じず美味しかったです。タッカンマリは2人前でお願いしましたが、丸鶏はそれなりにボリュームがあるので、3人でも食べきれませんでした。鶏の旨みが溶けたスープにトッポッギやネギやニラが入り、骨ごと柔らかく煮込まれた丸鶏がほろほろで、これに特製ダレ(ちょっと辛い)や薬味を入れていただくと日本の水炊きなどとは全く違う旨みを感じられます。
同行者が野菜スムージーをいただきましたが、匂いは完全に"草"なのに味がとても甘くて美味しかったそうです。
お隣が最近話題(?)の鶏皮串のお店なので、コンセプトが大きく違うのですが、落ち着いた空間で美味しくて身体に良いものを食べたかったらこちらがとても良いなと感じました。
ぜひまたお伺いしたいお店です。
