池袋駅東口から徒歩5〜6分、東通りにほど近い雑居ビル1Fのドーナツ専門店。2023年12月オープン。映え系なビジュアルに目が行くものの、手間をかけもっちり仕上げた実力派生ドーナツがナウいヤングのハートをがっちりキャッチしているお店。
とある水曜日14:30頃お邪魔。右手にあるセレクトショップと一体となっていて、ゆきぽよのサインが飾られている。店舗中央にドーナツが並べられ、左手にはイートインスペースの造り。先客は3ヤング。
この時間、パステルカラーのドーナツやクリームたっぷりのドーナツなど在庫はバラエティ豊か。お値段は1つ400円台中心。初見なのでプレーンな生ドーナツ324円を部下に配る分も含めて5個購入。
夕方におやつで実食。
柔らかく揚がったドーナツに粉糖を塗したシンプルな仕上がり。時間を置いてもギトギトしておらず、ふんわりしっとりとした状態をキープ。甘さは控えめ。部下たちも総じてふわもち具合を喜んでくれて良かった(∩･∀･∩)
