串カツ田中の跡地の新店。
カウンターのみの（テーブル席は今は使われていない模様）高級焼き鳥屋。
黒を基調におしゃれな雰囲気で、薪で焼いている様子が見えます。
コースは一種類9800円のみ。
お酒は高くもなくって感じですが、日本酒のはオリジナル「姿」も含め渋めのラインナップ。
姿はオリジナルだけあって焼き鳥にマッチング！
甘めの良い日本酒でした。後は辛めがやや多いかなという感じ。
味は薄めながら繊細な味付けで、焼鳥だけでなく、お通し付け合わせもたまりません。
ラグーソースがたまりません。
茶碗蒸しとフォアグラも新味でマリアージュ！
〆にラーメンも出て、大満足なコースでした。
ワンタンにはぼんじり！品が良いお味。
雑炊欲しい！
デザートは抹茶とチーズでしっとり濃い味。
味は大満足、コスパは普通、後は池袋で成り立つのか期待！
