2021年の秋に雑司ヶ谷のそば処和邑さんを初訪問した時の振り返りレビュー。閉店時間間際にお伺いしたものの団体さんや家族連れが多く店内で数十分待つ。
待っている間に連れとそれぞれ二色盛りを頼んで四種類制覇する算段も虚しく女将さんが申し訳なさそうに近づいてきて曰く、どうやらソバが足りなくなりそうだとのこと。それはガッカリだなーと思いきや、二色盛り２つで四色は出せないが、せいろ以外の三色盛り＋せいろ一人前の分配なら計四色ギリ出せるとのこと。それなら大丈夫です！と即答。
四色とはせいろ、ひきぐるみ、しらゆき、季節の変わりそば(この日は柚子)の四種類。どれも特徴的でそれぞれに美味しく、食べ比べるのがとても楽しい。玉子焼きも絶妙の焼き加減で美味しかった。バタバタしてはいたが接客自体はとても良く文句なし。ご馳走様でした。
そんな思い出深いお店でしたが、昨年閉店されてたんですね…また行きたかったので大変残念ですが、長年お疲れさまでした。
