旅行や出張で秋田に行っても、結局中心部にある観光客向けのお店に入ってしまい、うーんなんかいまいち。って経験が多いですが、こちらでいただいた秋田料理は、どれも間違いなく本場の秋田料理です。
新鮮な食材を丁寧に調理されているというのはもちろんですが、きりたんぽ鍋のスープは、秋田でいただいたものより濃厚で、インパクトがありました。比内地鶏の旨味と、独特な甘味の効いたスープが、野菜たちと上手く絡み合っています。
ハタハタも、関東ではあまり食べられないお魚ですが、身のツルツルとした食感と、たっぷりと入った卵のプチプチとした食感、そして癖のない味が病みつきになります。
