数年ぶりの訪問。
事前に予約をしておいて良かった。
間隔を取りつつ店内は満席。
2名で行くとメニュー表の
左の前菜から2種
右のパスタ、メインから2種がちょうど良い量です。とおすすめですと。
その中から今回のお料理で特に好みだったのはパスタ。
パスタは結構モチモチの麺に
トマトソースとマスカルポーネチーズが合わさり
程よい酸味とクリーミー感。
バジルがアクセント効いててバツグン！
一つ一つのこだわり、アレンジが効いたメニューの数々。
季節の食材なども取り入れているのもポイント。
そして、何よりマスター？シェフ？店長？がこだわりの塊のような方。
丁寧に詳しく説明をしてくださるので
毎度「へぇ～！なるほど！」となります。
ただ、私達の知識不足…
メニューだけでは料理のイメージがわかずスマホで調べながらの注文でした。
なので少しイメージと違うものが出てくることもあります。笑
ドリンクは
ビールはキンキンのよく掃除されたサーバーからの美味しい味。
カクテルだとその時おすすめのリキュールで提案してくださったりありがたい。
ワインはワインリストがないのか
赤か白か
重めか軽めかで提供されるのでおいくらなのかは謎。
最後に感動したのは久しぶりの来店なのに覚えていてくださって
そんな前提の会話なのでサービス業としては大満足の接客。
オープンカウンターでカジュアルに入れるけれど料理は一切手抜きしない
かつ、さり気ない心遣いが目白の飲食店難民の年配の方々には刺さるんだろうなと思いました。
