前々から伺いたいと思いながらコロナ禍を挟んで伺えないままになっているカフェが、今年も東京蚤の市に出展されているのを見つけて、ようやくこちらの焼き菓子とパンに対面することができました。

お店の店名「穀雨」だけあって、生地リッチな感じ。
フィナンシェってバターリッチでジュワ～とかあるけど、
これはしっかり噛みごたえがある。
とはいえ、パサツイてるわけ...
