雑司ヶ谷に寄る機会があったので、うぐいすと穀雨さんに寄りました。最近は店舗営業をお休みされていて、今日はパンと焼き菓子のテイクアウトのみでした。シナモンロールとバナナチョコパウンドケーキを買いました。
シナモンロールは、シナモンの香りとしっかりした生地のパンとシュガーを合わせた美味しいパンです。大きめのパンに、シナモンシュガーがとても良く合います。
バナナチョコパウンドケーキは、バナナを合わせた生地に、チョコを合わせて焼いています。バナナの香りがする生地とブロックで入れたチョコの甘みと苦味が合わさってとても美味しいです。生地はしっかりしていて、食べ応えがありました。
今度はカフェを利用してみたいです。
