土日祝日限定のプレミアムパフェ、月に数日の平日限定日にいただけるらしく、早速席予約して伺いました。
お目当ての"メルティメロン"はミニコース仕立て、まず前菜？から。アマレットで香り付けしたジュレに、ベルガモットのグラニテらさっぱり爽やかな風味をひんやりいただきます。パフェはボールにくり抜いたメロンに、白いビオラ、波打つホワイトチョコにキラキラジュレ、どこから手をつけようか迷う可愛らしさ。中も軽めのミルクアイスにメロンソルベ、サクサクのロイヤルティーヌやメレンゲ、なめらかなブラマンジェ、単体でも合わせてでも美味しくいただけました。セットのシトラスミントソーダも、ライムを中に落としさらに風味をプラス、すっきりとしてとても美味しかったです。
目白店はなかなかいかないけれど、またチャンスがあったら伺いたいです。ご馳走様でした！
