1 minute from Zoshigaya Station. "I'm glad I was born Japanese." A former French cuisine chef creates Japanese-style meal with Japanese sake.
Motoki wants as many people as possible to experience the wonders of Japanese Japanese-style meal, which is garnering attention from all over the world. This is the owner's wish, and he serves reasona |
I've been here many times for lunch, but by chance the timings matched, so I went there in the evening. Conclusion: I'd definitely like to come back again. I knew they cooked rice in a clay pot, so I ordered rice as soon as I entered the restaurant. I ordered sashimi while the rice was being prepared. The sashimi was also delicious, and it went down well with sake. When I tried to order sake, the people in the dining area all said, "Just ask our master..." (I understood later. It seems that the master also visits small sake breweries himself. When I came, he told me some stories about sake breweries in Aizu.) Duck and urui. A dish where urui is wrapped in a leaf called Italian cabbage, like Peking duck, and eaten. This was delicious. When the rice was about to be prepared, I ordered fried chicken (I knew it was delicious at lunch). The miso soup was also delicious with a strong broth. I'm so blessed to have a restaurant like this nearby. This is a restaurant that makes me feel that way. I look forward to coming back.
