休日、甥のお祝い事で目白にあるイタリアンレストラン
“アンジェロコート東京”さんを訪問。
TVのごちになりますで放映され、今年9月に OPENしたばかりのモダンシチリア料理のお店。
場所は、目白駅出たすぐ前のビル4F。
専用EVを降りると広々としたホテルっぽい作り。
チャペルも有り、結婚式の披露宴も出来るということを後で知り納得。
テーブルに案内され、
予約していたデイナーにペアリングを付けてスタート。
まずはシャンパン。
そして■日替わりアペリティーボ はトマトに見立てたチーズ。
その後のペアリングのワインは、さすがシチリアのお店らしくシチリアにあるPlaneta社の白&ロゼ&赤の各種。
料理は、
■スープ
洋ナシと根セロリの冷製スープ。
■前菜
シチリアの生マグロと自家製クスクスのサラダ。
■リゾット
濃厚なビーツのリゾットに海老&からすみ。
■パスタ
ショートパスタ、牛肉と葡萄のラグーソース。
■魚科理
太刀魚 バルサミコのキャビアとサルサメーラ。
■肉料理
イタリア仔牛。
■ドルチェ
無花果とチーズムース。
■自家製お菓子&ホットコーヒー。
料理はどれも美味しく、特に
アペリテイーボのトマト風チーズの意外性、ビーツのリゾットは見た目もイタリアンレッドで味は絶品、太刀魚のサクサクの食感&味わい最高。
ペアリングのワイン自体もそれだけで美味しく、料理とも良く合い、とても満足のいく食事会となりました。
ゆったりとした落ち着いた雰囲気の中、お祝い事等にはとても向いている感じ。機会があればまたお邪魔致します。
