めったに気分よく食べることが少ないのだが、今日は珍しく素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来た。案内をしてくださったメートル、サービスをしてくれた女性。皆本当に気持ち良くもてなしてくれて嬉しかった。店の雰囲気も窓が広く、解放感があり内装も落ち着いていて、気持ちよく過ごせた。
料理はとても繊細な味付けで、盛り付けも大変こったものだった。鮮度の良い魚や野菜、チーズなどの素材を上手に活かし、味はどれも申し分ない。シェフとお会いしたが、とても人柄の優しい方で料理にその人柄が出ている気がした。どの料理も手を抜くことがなく、常に高いレベルを目指している方だと思った。
近くにこのようなレストランが出来て嬉しい限りです。また利用させていただきます。
