以前から大塚のぼんごに行ってみたいなと思いつつ行けないまま早数年。ぼんごで修行した方がお店を開店されたと知って気になっていましたがやっと訪問できました。12時前にお店に着いたので待ちも無くカウンター席へ。ちなみにお席に着く前に注文とお会計（現金or PayPay）です。
具は定番ものにしようか悩みつつ、ここでしか食べられないものにしようと思い、スパイシーアヒポキ＋豚汁を注文。
店主の方が握る目の前の席を陣取りしばしおにぎりが出来上がっていく様子を鑑賞。あっという間におにぎりが出来上がっていきます。
念願叶っての訪問でついつい嬉しくて握ってる店主様に話しかけまくるも、素敵な笑顔で対応頂きホクホクな気持ちになりました。
出来上がってきたおにぎりも口に入れるとほろほろとほぐれる絶妙な握り具合で感動しました。
