何度も行っているお気に入りのお店。
このお店独特のトムヤムラーメンは、食べてみる価値あり。
今回お店に行くと「スコータイラーメン」なる期間限定メニューの貼紙があったのでそれを注文。セットの春巻とガパオもつけて。
店内はそれ程混んでいなかったけど、Uberなどの注文とかぶったのか、出てくるのに時間がかかる。先に出てきた生春巻とガパオをつまみながら待つ。
出てきたスコータイラーメンは、あまり辛くなさそうな色。「ピリッと辛うま！」との事だが、どこまで辛いのか。
スープを一口。
むむっ！かなりの干しエビの香りと味。これは特徴あるわ〜。美味しい。
ラーメンの上にのっているのは、豚肉と卵、たくさんの干しエビ、大きなエビ1つに、ルークチン（魚のすり身のつみれ）1個、あとはモヤシとパクチー。
麺はセンレック（中細ビーフン）だけど、変更も可能との事。
辛さは、だんだんと辛くなる（汗）
しばらくは「辛うま！」と思って食べ進めたけど、終盤はスープを啜ると「イタタッ」ってなりました（笑）
辛さも含めて満足しました。
このお店のラーメンは分量が多いので、セットがなくても満足できるかな。
