高田馬場駅前の古い雑居ビルの1階。
飲食店が何軒か入っていて、うどん屋さんがあったので、入ってみました。
平日の13時頃で先客1名。
かき揚げうどんを注文しました。
ふんわり出汁が香る汁。
うどんの麺が、少し透き通っています。
プルンとした食感で、他にはあまりない麺。
かき揚げは、具が少な目ですが、さっくり揚がっていて、いい揚げ具合。
あっさりしていて、美味しかったです。
