高田馬場でのランチ。
駅近くの、飲食店が複数入ったビルにこちらがあります。
エレベーターで3Fへ。
12時頃の入店で、先客10名程度、後客不明。
店内は落ち着いた和風居酒屋の雰囲気です。
夜ならばしっぽりと飲めそうです。
昼間なので、がやがやとした感じはありました。
ランチメニューは10種類近く。
日替わり魚と、焼肉サラダにしてシェア。
注文後にメニューを見ていたら、注文に失敗したかなと思うので、
ポイントを書いておきます。
ランチメニューは、日替わりか固定メニューかに分かれます。
そして色々食べたいという人向けに、まとめたメニューがあります。
にんじんや御前というのが、日替わり両方。
二代目にんじんや御膳というのが、固定メニュー両方です。
迷ったら、にんじんやないし二代目にんじんや御膳。
ご飯は白米か雑穀米が選べますが、
早い時間だと、混ぜご飯もあるようです。
10分ほどで提供です。

スズキの天ぷらきのこあんかけ。
品名のイメージからぶれない味わい。
生野菜たっぷり焼肉サラダ御膳。
器が大きく、本当に野菜がたっぷり入っている。
肉もそこそこ入っている。
付属のあら汁が食べ応えがある。
混ぜご飯はシンプルで、どんどん食べられる味。
近年のランチの中でも、コスパはぶっちぎりだと思った。
