こちらは高田馬場のちょっと変わった餃子屋さんです。すいぶんと以前に訪問したことがあります。今回は友人と２人で忘年会の２次回でお邪魔しました。平日の２０時に伺いましたら２階の状態は不明でしたが、１階はほぼ満席でした。
こちらは食事は紙に書いて注文します。その後は飲み物は追加可能ですが、食べ物の追加は不可能です。ということで、餃子(普通 ６５０円とにんにく ７００円)、香腸(４００円)、チャップスイ(７００円)、豚骨付きからあげ(６５０円)を注文しましたら…豚骨付きからあげは売り切れでした。ということでそれ以外の料理をお願いしました。
餃子は目の前で包んだ物が焼き立てで出てきます。特ににんにくは小さなニンニクが丸ごと入っていて味的にも食感的にも面白いです。また餃子のタレは味噌系の特殊なタレを使っているのもちょっと変わっています。チャップスイは五目野菜のうま煮です。味が濃くてお酒に良く合います。
頂いたお酒はサントリーのプレミアムモルツの小瓶やアサヒの黒生の小瓶(各４００円)。アルコールを頼むと２品のお通しが付きますが、無料です。今回は秘密のカクテル ホースネック(４００円)を頂きました。どの辺りが秘密かは不明でしたが、トニック系の味がするカクテルでした。
かなり変わったお店なので一般受けは難しいと思いますが、お勧めのお店です。
