鰻のコースでいろんな食べ方をさせてくれました。生で食べられるのかと不思議に思っていた刺身と呼ばれるものは目の前でバーナーで炙ってくれました。珍しいだけでなく美味しかったです｡

生まれて初めてウナギのお刺身をいただきました。
鰻丼ちょっと白飯柔らかかったけど、肝吸いがしっかり味でて美味しかったです。
ウナギ以外は鶏からが肉が柔らかくジューシーでした。

夜も東西食べ比べ鰻丼が美味しかった。
