お昼ごはん
■特製上海焼きそば¥1,450（税込）
あの伝説の漫画家が考案したメニューがある。そんなエピソードに惹かれて向かったのは、高田馬場にある町中華『一番飯店』。その漫画家とは、『鉄腕アトム』や『火の鳥』、『ブラックジャック』などの名作を生んだ手塚治虫大先生。
その手塚先生が生んだのが「特製上海焼きそば」。メニューには、その案内とエピソードがしっかり記載されています。
10分ほどで到着。麺が見られないほど具沢山。メニューには、手塚先生は多忙のため一日一食で満足してもらえるようボリューム満点にしたそう。
具をよけ、麺を持ち上げると細麺がお目見え。海老や小海老、椎茸をはじめとした数種類のきのこ、イカ、青菜、鶏肉、あさりなどなど、さまざまな具材と麺が絡み合います。あんかけは、アツアツ。濃厚でこってりした味付けで、かなりオイリー。一日一食だった手塚先生は、これくらいオイリーでこってりした味付けじゃないとおなかを満たせられなかったのかもしれません。
スープのほか、コーヒーや烏龍茶などの飲み物もセットで付いています。アイス烏龍茶がこってりした口の中をさっぱりしてくれます。高田馬場へ行ったら、手塚治虫先生に想いを馳せて「上海焼きそば」。みなさんもいかがでしょうか。
