平日14時前に久々の訪問、2階満席で一名待ち。
程なくして1階を解放し豚生姜焼き定食（1,100円）を注文。※時間帯と混雑具合で調整する模様
手塚治虫氏が愛した「特製上海焼きそば」は、
具沢山で美味しいけど、少しオイリーな感じの為、
今回はスルーして安定の生姜焼きに。
BGMは鍋振りに合わせ響くジュージュー音。
生姜がガツンと効いたタレに赤身の多い豚肉を
絡め、下に眠る野菜達を掘り起こし一緒に頬張る
感じが何とも至福の時。時々マヨで味変。
あっさりスープもまた良し。
ランチ13時半以降のサービスで、
ホットコーヒーを頂き、ご馳走様です。
