年末の金曜日、昔勤めていた職場の有志で集い恒例の忘年会。の2軒目。
高田馬場駅 早稲田口より徒歩3分のコチラ、焼き鳥・鶏料理を専門とするダイニング・バー「さいたどう」高田馬場店。
隣は不思議な卓球場、向かいはLOVE♡な宿泊施設となっております。
21:00過ぎ、店舗外観を撮影している私の横をサササササッと通り過ぎる人影。
息子と同年代のカップルが目の前で宿泊施設へ消えて行き、なんか少し酔いが醒めてしまう私 (・ω・)
呑も！
4名で暖簾を潜り、店内中央のテーブル席へ通されます。
広さはあまり有りませんが、店内はモダンで落ち着いた雰囲気。
鹿児島県産芋焼酎「赤兎馬」をボトルでお願いして、水割り・ロックで頂きます。
カンパ〜〜い！
甘い香りと重厚な味わいにオジさん魅了され、先程の残像も消え去ります。
そして、お願いしたお料理は、
・骨付き がぶり焼き（香川県名物料理 ）
・銀シャリむすび（香川県財田町産）
・地鶏 岩盤たたき（徳島県阿波尾鶏使用 )
・クリームチーズのタレ漬け
などなど
「名物の骨付きがぶり焼き」は、塩・こしょう・にんにくを使用した秘伝のレシピで味付がされていると言う。
焼き上がると、お店の方が食べ易いように専用のハサミ✂️で解してくれます。
皮はパリッパリ、お肉はジュ〜シ〜♬
そのお皿に残った肉汁に、ガス釜で一気に炊き上げてふっくらとした「銀シャリむすび」を付けて食べるのが通✨
「岩盤たたき」は、熱した岩の上で徳島県産阿波尾鶏を焼き、白髪ねぎをたっぷりのせて、特製酢醤油で頂きます。
もも肉、胸肉の旨みが凝縮され、柔らかくもっちりとした食感(*´꒳`*)
特製酢醤油との相性も抜群！
醤油ベースのタレがまわりに染み込んだ「クリームチーズのタレ漬け」は、刻んだ大葉と一緒に頂きます。
まったりと濃厚なクリームチーズにタレの旨み・風味が加わり、大葉がしつこさを和らげてくれます。
「赤兎馬」にとても良く合う一品✨

上記以外にも何品か頂きましたが、何れもとてもお酒に合う、合うように作られているお料理でした。
