高田馬場にある中華料理店の餃子の安亭。
高田馬場で愛される老舗の1つです。
組み合わせが豊富でどれがお得か迷いますが、とりあえずどれも食べてみたくなったので、海鮮オイスターチャーハンと担々麺、それと餃子をつけたボリューム満点のランチをいただきました。
担々麺は胡麻の香りがあって辛さも程よいです。
麺は平打ち麺でもっちりとした食感です。
スープとの相性も良いですね。
海鮮オイスターチャーハンはオイスターソースの香りが立ってます。
今回だけかもしれませんが少し油っぽくて少しベタッとしてて、ボリュームもあるのでちょっと食べ切るにはしんどかったです。
味は良いので、パラッとしてたら良かったなと感じました。
餃子は最近は専門店もあるくらいなので、味や見た目はそれほど特徴がないですが、皮が少し集めでモチモチ感がありました。
老舗の町中華という点で、清潔感や居心地の良さを求める方にはあまりオススメはできません。
カジュアルに利用できる中華屋さんという感じで行ってもらえると良いと思います。
