平日のお昼に訪問。
ほぼ満席、ワンオペでかなり大変そう。
ざる蕎麦にちくわ天をオーダー。
近隣のビジネスマン、ビジネスウーマンが多い感じで、丼とのセットを頼んでる人が多い。
手際よくやってるけど、さすがに丼も種類が多く、天ぷらも作り置きではないので、時間がかかる。
普段はもりそばにすることが多いけど、ちょっと気まぐれでざる蕎麦にする。海苔は岩のりのようで味が濃くて美味しい。
お蕎麦も立ち食い蕎麦のそれとは違う、ちゃんとしたお蕎麦で揚げたての天ぷらも美味しく、こりゃ混むのも当然だよな～と思った。
