今回お邪魔したのは東京メトロ高田馬場駅7番出口から徒歩4分程の所にあるこちら。
ラーメン激戦区、高田馬場の早稲田通りに今年の9月で12年の歴史を誇る鶏白湯メインのラーメン屋さんで、麺の上にサラダがのっており女性人気も高いらしいとの事。
基本平日は11:00〜22:30.L.o.らしく、土日は21:30迄の通し営業らしい。
昼飯食べ損ね難民からしたら通し営業助かりますわなぁ。
店内へ入るとコの字カウンターのみながら11席あり、現金のみの食券制。
平日の15:00頃伺ったが、店内は近くの学生と中国人留学生の客層が半分半分くらいだった。
麺の最安値は2024年3月現在で、デフォであろう鶏白湯麺塩そばの¥880だった。
これにライスが¥100で購入でき、¥1000で麺もご飯も食べられるよと言うのがウリの様だ。
郷に従おうと鶏白湯麺塩そばとライスをプッシュしカウンターへ。
食券機の上には浅草で有名な開化楼の麺箱もあり期待値は高め。
ちなみにずっと開【花】楼だと思っていたのたが、正しくは開化楼みたいだ。
カウンターに座り食券をスタッフさんへ渡して6.7分で着丼。
白濁とした鶏白湯スープとサラダの上にのっているのはフライドオニオンのアクセント。
麺はモチモチでスープとよく絡み、今どきの丸鶏綺麗め淡麗醤油みたいな部類とはまったく異なる、12年の歴史を物語る様なこれが蔭山なんよと言わんばかりの貫禄さえ感じた。
これ呑んだあととかもより美味そうだなぁなんて思ったり、終盤はご飯をスープに浸して雑炊風にしたりと¥1000でお釣りきてこのクオリティなら1度食べてみても良いかもと思えた。
鶏白湯好きなら是非一度。
