特徴的な濃厚鶏白湯

いつも行列ができているお店ですが、平日14時前に行くもさすがにスムーズに入れました。
初めてなので、看板メニューの鶏白湯麺塩ソバを食券機で購入。そして味玉も。。。デフォルトで味玉入ってるの知らなかったので（汗）
店内は、中央を囲むコの字型カウンターで、1人でも気楽に入れる雰囲気。
食券を渡して待つ事10分ほどで出てきました！
オシャレな器に綺麗な盛り。なるほど、人気なわけだ。
器の横にレモンひとかけらと、一口ご飯がついてきます。なんだろ、これ。
麺は太いちぢれ麺。
そして味は・・・おおっ、濃い！鶏出汁なのにかなり濃厚。少しトロみがあるくらい。もっと澄んだあっさり足を予想していました。
というか、鶏でこんなに濃いスープになるんですね。オドロキです。
これだと、確かに噛みごたえのある太麺は相性が良い。そして濃いので、途中でレモンを絞って爽やかさをプラスしてみました。とんこつラーメンにニンニク入れる感覚。この濃さだと、ご飯も食べたくなりますね、確かに。
思ったより食べ応えもあり、大盛りにしなくて良かったと安堵。満足です。
器もそうですが、ラーメンそのものも特徴的。一度試してみる価値はあるお店だと思いました。
ここは坦々麺も有名らしいので、次はそちらにチャレンジしてみます。

3度目の訪問。
土曜日の12時頃に訪問。店内に空き席あり。すぐに入店。
券売機で食券購入。現金のみ。
今回は初めて醤油味を購入。
味玉を付けても1,000円ピッタリのコスパ。ただ、最初から味玉が半分入っているのを忘れてた（汗）
出てきた麺の盛り付けが綺麗。
小さいご飯が付くので、追々スープにつけながら食べる。
麺は浅草開化楼の太麺。断面が楕円で、少し縮れがあり、スープがよく絡む。
スープは、塩味より若干まろやか。あまり醤油の味も濃く無い。
満足。
今回もご馳走様でした。
次はご飯物をつけて、トマト麺を食べてみたい！
