本日はオススメの塩を食べる事にしました

かなり濃厚で臭みのない優しいスープ
アッサリ系ではなくコッテリ系かな
鶏の甘味と旨味でポタージュのようでした♪
柚子皮の香りと苦味が味を引き締めてます
レモンを入れると酸味と合間って、
チーズの様な濃厚さに変わります
追いご飯はリゾットのみたいで美味しい
口に広がる旨味はかなり良いですね♂️

浅草開化楼の中太縮れ麺
コシがありも舌触りもよく、
濃厚なスープの強さに負けず存在感があります☺️
最近鶏白湯=細麺の店が多いけど、
このチョイスは個人的に好き
⭐️トッピング
野菜やほぐし鶏肉、フライドオニオンなど
どちらも主張が強い物ではなく、
スープの風味付や食感を楽しむ感じ
かなり強いスープなので完璧なトッピング
⭐️総評
駅から少し歩きますが、
とても美味しく食べやすい☺️
内装も綺麗で丁寧に対応してくださるので、
居心地も良し
女性でも気軽入れる趣なのでぜひ皆様に、
