「ここ行ってみたいです」に、
お兄ちゃん以上恋人未満様が予約してくれました。
カジュアルだけどガチャガチャはしてなくて、
気軽にお酒と料理を楽しめる感じの良い雰囲気です。
また、きっとこれはコロナ前からだと思うのですが、
窓がまるで半オープンテラスかのように開けられるので
換気などバッチリです。
実際、スタッワさんがこまめに開け閉めしにきてくれていました。
冷房との兼ね合いで開閉に気を遣ってくださっていたと思いますが、
暑さも寒さも感じず、とても快適でした。
料理も、一品一品が丁寧で、盛り付けも良かったので
目から楽しめました。
トマトのカプレーゼは、
‘写真撮ったあと、お兄さん（スタッフさん）取り分けて」
と言ったら快く応じてくれました。
鮮魚のカルパッチョは、ほんとに鮮魚でした。
新鮮で、カルパッチョにしないで塩で食べてもいいんじゃ？くらいの美味しい魚たちでした。
お肉も、アヒージョも、全て、
大変美味しうございました。
何よりスタッフさんがとても感じ良かったです。
次は会社の友人たちと行きたいと思います。
