髙田馬場12:00開店で昼飲みの出来る焼きとん屋さんです。
東長谷寺薬王院のボタンを見た後、寄りました。
○大瓶ビール・・・きっちり冷えて呑み応えあり｡
○レタス巻き¥55o・・・特性ポン酢は酸味を抑えています。ジャブジャブつけていただくのがお勧めとの事。レタスはシャキッとした瑞々しく、外の豚肉はさっくりしてます。サプライズはありませんが美味しいです。
◎もつ焼(レバー，はつ，ガツ 各¥15o)
・・・お味はお任せにしました。レバー，はつがタレで先に出てきました。ソフトな弾力で、
もつの旨味を上手く閉じ込めて、噛む度に、旨味があふれてきます。
ガツは味噌で出てきました。ガツを噛み締めるたびに、味噌の風味が広がってお酒も進みます。
○ホッピーセット¥53o・・・サービスか?ミスか?濃いめにしてくれました。
野菜巻きも充実してますが、
焼物が出るまでの早め一品でもつ煮，ポテサラ、アジフライなども定番料理も多々あります。
ドリンクも日本酒の品揃えも良さそうでした。
店員さんの対応もフレンドリーで良かったです。
でも、何より基本のもつ焼が美味しかった。
また来たいお店です。
